Are whites racially oppressed?

If private businesses want to be racists/sexists, I guess that is their choice (although in this day and age, that means taking a risk of backlash from the community).

I doubt that's their intention. Sure, their opportunities and promotions towards certain groups may be unequal, but that's certainly far from being racist/sexist.
