Once you get your gameplay concepts down, aka going through what Kaj said (and you still feel like you need real practice, or trying out new builds/champs), you can play in Co-Op vs AI mode to do that. However, I must say that intermediate-level AI bots in the Co-Op vs AI mode are quite aggressive, but there's ways you can take advantage of that (you'll find that out later on
). But at this point, just stick with what Kaj said.
Also, be aware of your surroundings (watch for teammates giving you a "heads up" or giving them a "heads up" of enemy movement), and don't get aggressive during the "laning phase" (generally during the first 6-8 levels)
