The game shouldn't be about how funded a character is to get EXP if another player only has a limited amount of time to play the game. Someone who plays 2 hours a day will never make as much EXP or mesos as a player who can play 4+ hours a day. I was at LHC with an Aran hitting around 60-90k damage each hit where I only hit around 40k. He outdamaged me, yes, because he was more funded that I was and yet I barely lost any experience. I'm not sure how it'll be with a lot more EXP lost from his better equipment.
Old exp formula was 20% split by damage, 80% split by level.
Current exp formula is 60% split by damage, 40% split by level.
