HP washing still viable post-BB!

With or without all my equips on just adding the CHTP alone gives me 8.8% HP and not 10%.

Because %HP stacks additively not multiplicatively.

100HP -> wear 10% HP equip -> 110HP -> wear another different 10% HP equip -> 100*1.2=120HP and NOT 110*1.1=121HP.
