Yeah, because the quest is start from lvl 70 and all the way to lvl 110..
lvl70= 1SP
lvl80= 1SP
lvl90= 1SP
lvl100=1SP
lvl110=1SP
Total/Max= 5SP
After your lvl exceed 110, i think u can do ur quest in one shot.
