Lets see i mostly try to keep myself in the jungles but if im near a lane and can get a kill or help in a gank ill try to. Also i leave jungles if a nearby lane is empty and being attacked otherwise i stick to jungle.
And what about the items? Its good getting wriggles or doing your regular build?
