I really dont think you can just make broad statements like this and expect to help people.
I understood his question as if he asked about when to change from jungling to laning, which shouldnt happen since that ruins the laning phase advantage jungling is meant to give you.
I didnt mean stay in jungle and never gank, i meant farm in jungle not @ lanes during laning phase.
