Requesting for the power of dragonball Z would give me the adequate body to handle it, as power is in the body. Also in pokemon there is no death, excluding lavender town which only applies to the actual pokemon.

Fine. You die and Goku decides not to use the dragon balls anymore. Happy?

And then Ash lets you go.

Strong telekinesis (Being able to lift enormu objects or small ones) that doesn't distortionate my brain or personality.

I'll ignore the typo and just say that you end up crushed under a medium-sized object.

I'd wish for him.

You get him. Well, his body, after you've both lived a rather long life apart from each other.

Hey hey hey. I said I wanted MORE genies, don't go around deciding how many genies I want. And how do you know how big genies are? What if I wanted pocket sized genies? HMM?

You didn't specify, so the responsibility of deciding such things falls onto me as the wish-granter.

It's a deep question though. I suppose I wish I could alter time, so that I'm able to get enough sleep a day.

You alter time but can't change it back, forcing you to spend the rest of your life in slow-motion.

I'd just wish for people's, including my, perceptions of good and bad to switch place. We are too hung on bad things, and good things pass by too fleetingly.

The only logical answer IMO.

I would wish for superpowers like in Kekkaishi manga or maybe just extended human strength/endurance/life/immunity to sickness.

If it has to be realistic, whenever I go to a fountain, I wish that me and my family would live long healthy lives full of comfort, not necessarily over rich.
