You get a slap on the wrist from our IT dept if 'other' programs are installed. And it's a VERY old version of IE, can't even upgrade it or the system detects it. I know, I hate it.
This thread is dumb, and your IT Department is dumb for not keeping their security up to date. IE6 just screams, lulz I'm open to being hacked.
