I have a feeling that the aren't actually glitched. I think Nexon just failed by copy/pasting the quest information. It says the exact same thing for all 5 classes. I believe they drop from different mobs for each class.

This would be awesome. They buffed all of the area bosses, so I don't see why Pap can't get a buff too.
