Rylai's on Cho? I'm leaning towards no. It's redundant with Rupture, and it makes for a small slow on his Feral Scream anyways. And in the case of Feast... he's probably dead anyways.
What are people's opinions of Nocturne? I know it's still a bit early to ask. However, I'm leaning towards placing him as a more assassin-oriented Master Yi with mediocre DPS for a steroid physical carry. Which is to say, less useful for team fighting, if at all, because his main function is to pick off overextended laners or loners, and he's only good at doing that. However, that's before factoring his ultimate in. It could still prove to be useful in a utilitarian way, such as getting right into a fight, picking off people that are running away (its leap range is huge!), really punishing people with bad positioning, and global juke++ for people trying to escape.
