Noc is a king at chasing people i must say, also the trail increase is AD so thats a plus too. He can Fear+Move+Attack even on the darkness trail so gg.
The Ult its a little hard to use, especially if you don't have good coordination with your teammates. And that one move that blocks 1 magic attack? BB Ashe Ice arrow, you can stick it up your **** XD.
