@above, if Nocturne can't destroy a slightly fed Ashe mano a mano, he's not OP.
QSS does not get rid of Karthus ult last I checked o.O
It would not surprise me that Riot added this option, as people tend to rage at baddies. What will Riot do about this? Improve matchmaking ofcos! (in rare cases, they probably will temp ban them for thinking it's funny playing LoL while high)
