My common sense says that generous americans have been defrauded in the past and that it could happen again. It also says that nexon has shown itself to be dishonest in the past just like the companies that profitted from disasters in the past. Put 2 and 2 together, and you get that there is absolutely nothing wrong with questioning whether nexon is being honest or capitalizing on a disaster.
