Had they worded it like that, less misunderstandings would occur. Had they shown a picture/snapshot/whatever of what they're excluding, that would also cause less misunderstandings. The key success to becoming a respectable company, big or small, is transparency. Your consumers need to understand what you're saying with as little poetic/vague diction used when possible.
1) This is the internet -- freedom of speech. I can say any word I want as long as I'm not braking these forum's rules. It's an effective method to getting a person's attention to show seriousness and if you don't like it, don't reply.
