When did they advertise it that way? They clearly state that that's not how it works.
As for the second part, what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Odds are if it is a scam, they will just get sued anyways, they wouldn't risk that.
If you guys don't like it, just donate straight to the Red Cross. I'm not defending Nexon, hell I still don't like them much, but why can't you guys just admit they are doing a good thing?
