Just curious, what runes do people use for Karthus? I'm thinking about getting him to make people rage once my current Tank runepage is done.
I already have Magic Pen runes (using it with Amumu). Perhaps get flat CDR or CDR/level; and what Seal runes should I get?
P.S. Leveling to 30 is so mothaf'ucking slow. Then again, I play a few matches every weekend.
