MapleStory is the absolute least of the problems Japan has at the moment.
Due to severe damage, they have set times when you have electricity.
For example, you have it from 9am~12pm, then you have absolutely no electricity for the next 5 hours, etc.
This is going on all throughout Japan, to conserve energy.
This is said to go on all throughout April, and may even continue into May.
Don't expect JMS to be up for another couple months.
