I grew up being bullied from grade 1 to grade 10 (when I started becoming a f'ucking giant). The only thing that WILL stop an ignorant prick like this is to beat the living f'uck out of them. There's no words or teachings that will convince them otherwise.
That kid wasn't limping away, by the way, he was stumbling. He could have severe brain or spinal trauma and looks to have a concussion and wouldn't be surprising if that was the least of his problems. If you think he deserves that just because he treated someone else poorly then you need to seriously grow up and re-evaluate what sort of conduct is appropriate for society.
