Some people like Jesse Ventura have filed lawsuits against the TSA. Ventura's is still pending. I've heard of several cases settled outside of court. Then I do remember a case where the courts denied a FoI request for the saved images of the Naked-Body Scanners. The excuse was "national security."
There are also some states moving to declare the actions of the TSA illegal, but they shouldnt need to - molestation is already illegal. Then some lecal sherriffs from what I have heard do have brains, realize this is illegal, and have declared that they will arrest TSA workers if they sexually assault anyone.
And then we have insensitive peaches that want to pretend it is perfectly fine to be sexually assaulted in public... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFUW8qKxzXk
I wonder if they ever had to watch a thug molest their child. Probably not.

He is their boss and he should take action against his underlings that break the law. If he cant even keep your subordinates under control... I dont see why he should be president.
But of course, he isnt the only one to blame. All TSA workers that broke the law are to blame. Pistol is to blame. Napalitano is to blame. And many more that promote and accept this fraud.
