I know the drop rates are supposed to be very low, but this is excruciatingly low...
It's supposed to be like that tho. I know a guy on KMS that spent like 4 hours to get a single dew. :S
Maybe Nexon wants players to make UA's because of how ridiculous the drop rate is.
