it goes something like (for you):
1-2 normal/siege
3-4 laser/siege
5-6 laser only
when you get more laser it will pass normal attacks on 2 mobs... but youve gimped your output on larger mobs by maxing tank before laser. (is that because you 1hko everything pre-lhc already with 1 laser?)
