Dual Blade back to their true Power?

Ohhhhhh. Someone said in the profession skill thread recipes up to 100 or 110 or something were purchaseable from an NPC.

Still, whatever item he's talking about can't possibly apply to all recipes nor does it change the fact that they're available. Besides, anyone who want the recipes for themselves and know where they drop have the advantage of 2x drop over here so i doubt we'll see the same issue of expensive recipes.

Well yes, SOME, of the recipes can be bought from the NPC, but not all. The the ones that are not, are the ones people want to have or something. And also, the drop rates of recipes are horrible beyond belief, thank you very much.
