What does that matter? Statless is, regardless, easy as f'uck to pull off for high secondary stat gear and most classes still have requirements for equipment that are needed to improve their DPS.

I never said they don't exist. I did imply that the well chaosed 3 lined ones (perfect 14% stats or not) were expensive as f'uck, to the point where buying a 3rd tier class shoe would be a cheaper and better option.
