After you typing that out, my mind started thinking these over.
Ruby EXP Coupon (150%)
100% (Normal EXP) + 150% (Coupon) = 250% EXP = 2.5x EXP
Obviously, thats not gonna happen, but, thats what I thought when I saw the quoted comment.
