Dual Blade back to their true Power?

Never played a DB so I don't know if it uses the same formula as Bandits... does that damage range indicate 260~ w.atk?

I'm thinking 262ish total, yeah. That is, assuming the formulas are the same after chaos for DBs, we know that it got changed a little bit with regards to how kataras add to the damage range. Also in retrospect, saying a 0 attack katara may have been a bit of an overestimate, depending on the rest of his equips, but hamad is still far far behind on the WATT scale.
