You guys are thinking of solutions to patch holes within holes.

Two portals within each fm that link to adjacent rooms or a dimensional mirror for easier browsing. Enlarging each FM room allowing up to 40+ shops to be set up will be better.

First line is how I feel about your other suggestions. Our current FM sucks - why keep any aspect of it? Kill it with fire and make a new auction house with proper searches, auctions, etc. for mesos. If Nexon needs to make money on it, sell permits that limit your number of items - normal shop permit = 8 listings at a time, vip permit = 16 at a time, master merchant permit = 32 at a time, and so on. Maybe for a freebie let people list 1-2 items at once. It'll be enough for the casuals.

Getting rid of the stupid FM rooms with zero organization will be a blessing for every player who wants to buy/sell their items efficiently.
