The Free Market needs a change.

I understand that it doesn't solve all of the problems, but completely fixing hacks is about as possible as stopping all criminals in the world. It's easier to better educate people than to try to catch all criminals.

Also, DC hackers on well known people is a much smaller part of the population than people trying to set up regular permits on the FM. It's just the most vocal part of the population.
