Okay, really??? This bullcrap about a free search feature killing merchanting is bad. Search function and the ability to place your item for everyone to see and buy would make it easier to merchant in a way. One of my big complaints is having to spend a good 30-60 minutes to look through the entire free market for anything worth buying, and I'm in Bellocan. I can't even begin to imagine how hellish Scania is, where practically every channels' Free Market 1 is clogged with shops. It makes it easier for people to find and buy your stuff, and it makes it easier for YOU to find and buy stuff. More speed in getting what you want, less time wasted browsing, everybody wins. It also means you can't monopolize as easily anymore, which means bye-bye to those guilds whose sole purpose is to harass/DC people out of FM 1 because it's the best spot. Yes I'm aware it means FM guilds could probably buy out items more easily with the same system, but with the sheer amount of players bringing in items I'd like to see them try.
