If someone doesn't care about what he is saying does that mean his words mean anything?

You could watch law and order:SVU for like an hour and realize words mean s'hit most of the time. My dad told me he quit smoking today. Will he follow through? Who knows.

My point was not caring for what others say. And I hate that show. I liked original L&O.

I was saying you can mean what you say too, not words in general.

words only mean something when they are acknowledged. If no one cares you are wasting time. It's pretty sad, and sometimes great.
But mostly sad.
