Honestly. How hard can it be to reassign the correct skill IDs for the prereqs?
It boggles my mind as to how the error occurred in the first place.
I don't remember what patch caused the error, but I can't see how any new content could have caused a single skill to change its prereqs to itself. Maybe I'm just naive.
