You should be fine. Most of the time it reconnects everything when you restart. If it does not reconnect manually when you reset the router or restart, then you have a problem. That's most likely a damaged motherboard/wireless card. However, you're already connected to the internet still, so you're fine. You can type ipconfig/release again and try restarting your pc. Then you should be able to use ipconfig/renew again if you have trouble using that command.
