This is my conclusion:
Buy an extra character slot
Continue with my lvl 60 crossbowman
keep my lvl 44 ninja
delete my lv 20 archer
create a mechanic
create a wind archer
If i were you, and i know already that you like the archer class type, but i would make a Dawn Warrior.
I also read that you didn't like the play-style to warriors.
But i also read that you would prefer to have a class that can "hit front and back" which Dawn Warriors can do to an almost perfection come 3rd job.
Just try and tough through the 1st 30 lvls *should really only take a couple of hours at the most* and in second job not only do you get a mobility skill(soul rush, a sort of off the ground fj with a slight delay) but you also get a pretty decently ranged attack(soul blade)
Dawn Warriors are regarded as the fastest leveling CK class that there is at the moment(they were only seconded to BW pre-BB, and that's only coz they had fire curtain and meteor at 110, but the new acc system and the cooldown
-ed that up for them) due to soul driver being 
-ingly overpowered and the fact that soul charge and Combo attack (and adv combo attack at 110) boosting it further just adds to it.
