An average salary doesn't specify how much you're actually going to get while working, Nexon doesn't specify the salary you're given at all. For all you know, you could either be below the median or above it. It still isn't specified directly. So while you may have a small idea about your salary, you can't really expect anything out of it.

That's a huge gap in salary, and it doesn't even specify the region where it's taken. More than likely, the jump in salary is dependant on factors such as education and experience.
