[COLOR="blue"]In my opinion there's nothing wrong with it unless it gets inappropriate, e.g. flirting, touching, etc.
I know when I was in high school we used to joke around and ''hang out'' with teachers pretty often, but then again most of the teachers were relatively young. From what I've seen teachers who are friendlier and ''cooler'' with their students tend to have more respect, and that respect leads to students following orders/instructions more often, having more fun -while- learning more often, etc.[/COLOR]
