When we have Tespia events, players who are able to test it aren't going to tell you about this nasty bug they found or how buggy the client is (well, sometimes); they like to tell you about the latest and greatest thing come to MapleStory.
We test as much as we can before the game comes out of maintenance and the most important is game stability. I apologize that you feel this important aspect of Maple gaming was overlooked
