I was watching the history channel once and it had a segment about some restaurant who has used the same frying oil for X decades (can't remember how long but it was a damn long time) and it has made the food so good that it's become a very popular place among the townspeople. I can't for the life of me remember what the place was called nor can i find anything about it though.
