Transparency's the most important aspect for any company worth investing in. Although I don't invest large sums money in MapleStory nor Nexon, but I invest a lot of time into it. Yet, I know next to nothing about the company except for trivial facts like they love cupcakes. Nexon never revealed its plans for the future, its actions to take upon hackers, its urgency to fix glitches, nor has Nexon given any decent apologies/compensation for its more dreaded problems such as accounts getting stolen, D/C hacking, etc. This makes Nexon far from being a transparent company.
