It doesn't really matter what -hime-'s circumstances are. The entire community expects and advocates a rollback anyway, so why even bother sugar coating anything?
not the best example, but just mentioned it for that, as an example. and as you said, the entire community wants one, but it would be pretty hilarious if hime said "oh yea, def gonna be rollback" and then the higher ups went all "naah, not needed"
and you have the exact opposite of what happened with the past 4 rollbacks.
but seeing how they have dealt with these issues in the past, i wouldn't be surprised if hinting at a rollback was considered prohibited, most of the time, and i say most of the times, maplers would rather not have one
