..... and then there's the police yelling "Don't move! Don't move! Don't move!" (This is china, mandarin is the language but i can barely hear the dialect due to alarm and the glass.) As if yelling that every second is gunna keep him from moving.


Aren't they allowed to shoot to injure [but not kill]?
