I don't see the point.
Making an optimal party for defeating some boss or pq (VPQ, DRPQ) makes sense. The profits can be used on/for your main.
But for training? The "profit" is exp, and that can't be transferred.
I want to level my Hero, so I'm going to LHC on Hero, even if everyone would prefer a Mech in their party. And my friend wants to level her I/L AM, so...
Making a whole party of alts who'll level really fast but do absolutely nothing for your mains, makes no sense to me.
