I love a good spiced rum and coke... Mainly with the coke as flavoring, lol. Spiced rum's not as strong as Jack, but it has more flavor IMO.
I made something really awesome once with amaretto, Bailey's, and root beer. Maybe something else. Anyway, it tasted like drinking alcoholic candy.
I'm a huge fan of Bailey's on the rocks, too.
If you like shots, try this one: Apple Pie shots. It's like tequila shots, in that it has accessories. You put cinnamon on one hand, whipped cream on the other, and you make a shot that's about half and half apple juice and (white) rum or vodka, preferably apple-flavored. Then it goes cinnamon, shot, whipped cream. It seems crazy for a moment, but as soon as the whipped cream hits, it's DELICIOUS.
The old standby: any fruit vodka + fruit juice + sprite usually works. Lemonade and blueberry vodka is particularly yummy.
