Not really "remove" them per say, just I made a backup copy of the original 4 folders in case something like this would arise. All I did was replace the chinese files with the original NA files and everything was fixed.
About to test it again on my smurf, will edit / new post in once I check it out.
EDIT: Game still crashes on the Champ loading screen. Gonna have to goof around a bit to make it work.
EDIT2: Thought I had a fix, but it didn't work. I've tried multiple scenarios and it seems like anything that changes the game client causes it to crash at the loading screen. Ah well =/
