so i wasn't much into potentials pre-BB, now after BB i am, but when i asked this question on other forums, i got told that %attack doesn't stack with attack buffs and attack potions, but i run some tests using the new maple formula, and the only way i could make them work was by factoring w.attk buffs, didn't have enough money to waste on an apple though, so couldn't check that. 
also, lurking around, i see that apparently it didn't stack with buffs pre-BB, and i haven't found a single thread stating that it does now, so my question is, does it stack or not with attack buffs and potions?
also, the buffs i used where on my DrK, with and without the +60w.attk from beholder's hex+blood, and i used a 6%attack weapon.
