--Jarvan, who apparently bleeds epic. Let's see if he really does bleed epic soon...
--Anivia's initial R costs have been lowered. I approve of the changes from a balance point of view.
--Caitlyn's ult projectile is now more of a proper bullet than a slug flying through the air. Which isn't saying much, because functionally it still sucks.
--Ezreal's ult now scales off of bonus AD (not base AD). Watch out for random projectiles of doom when up against an AD Ez!
--Karma got buffs all across the board. Especially important is the cooldown on Mantra, going from 30 seconds to 25.
--Veigar's ult now relies more on his AP than his opponent's AP. This is a normalizer effect that favors Veigar in general.
--Haunting Guise was secretly stronger than it suggested. Now it is as strong as it is suggested. Tooltip error fixed.
--Morello's Evil Tomb provides more CDR.
--Like wh0ring wards? Now you can do so even more! 5 stack wards instead of 3.
--Tiamat got a stat buff. Honestly, even though it now gives the AD of a BF sword, it's still stupid, as it doesn't build into anything useful.
--Spirit Visage's healing effect passive got nerfed. Again. Was this in response to Dr. Mundo or Irelia or FoN? I don't get it =/
--Summoner Ghost got a duration nerf from 14 seconds to 10. This made kiting propositions much riskier (Ashe with red buff vs. Udyr = lolololol), but otherwise the inevitable comes a lot sooner, if not immediately.
--Turrets now are meaner vs. Armor stackers, but generally the damage is the same otherwise.
--Early game mistakes are now less critical, as death timers for early game have been reduced, resulting in you losing out on less potential exp and gold. Or you could feed faster.
--Minions now do more damage to turrets.
--Minions with turret damage reduction buffs are now even crazier. Not to mention the cannon minions come 50% more often now mid-late game (20 minutes). Turrets shall now scream "noooo!!" whenever a snowball wave comes knocking, as it will likely contain two or even three cannon minions.
--Minions in the long run will be even buffer vs. everything defense-wise. Hmm... Early game remains the same.
