Every other job could spend the time leveling to fourth job to make the Cygnus skill obsolete, whereas Soul Driver is the only one that has potential use in Fourth Job, unless you want to mob poorly as a Bow Master or delay Pierce or some stupid pomegranate.
Vampire could be useful for UA Shadowers if u have the right strategy.
