What's said about 1-120 has already been said well multiple times throughout this thread so I don't feel the need to mention my thoughts about that.
New EXP rates for 140+ are easier by far. However, people who have been spoiled by 4x and 2x buffs and cards won't be able to survive past 140+. Getting 10% an hour is average. That's the way it was pre-BigBang without all that 2x/4x mumbo jumbo. As I've never used those buffs with the exception of once just to see what it's like, I still manage and maintain 10%+ an hour during my 16x training at Temple of Time. Although I definitely see training speed slowing down, it's moreso due to the lack of end game content than the difficult of leveling. This has always been the issue ever since Maple Story was young. It was difficult to level past 7x at Zombies because there was nothing else. And then Ludi and Aqua were released. It was difficult to level past 12x because there was nothing else. The pattern continues with ever so increasing end game content. However, in each of these patterns, the game wasn't designed to go past that point at the typical 10% an hour speed. There should be no way a 18x should be getting 10% an hour on 16x monsters at ToT. LHC is supposed to bring about the end to this stagnation, but from various sources, I've heard it was only a bit slight better than ToT and only due to party exp bonuses.
