Didn't notice that the question in the poll is different than the thread title... If the question is whether post BB training is more difficult then my answer would be no. To get good enough exp post BB you can just solo your way from 1-200 without funds. To get good exp pre BB, you need NX, rep, a bishop/am partner + hs mule. So it's far easier to level post BB. If you have funds (post BB), you will level faster, but the difference is small. If you have funds (pre BB), the difference when training is BIG; you can level 8x faster than someone unfunded. Job also mattered more pre BB: whether you had an ultimate or not, whether you needed to hp wash to solo Royal Guard or not. The difference between a mech and a warrior post BB... I believe a good mech levels 1.4x faster at 4th job. The difference between a job that can easyly solo Royal guard S, warriors and bowmans with puppet or DBs with that image thingy right? Vs everything else is way bigger. Same thing for a job that has an ultimate vs a job that doesn't. Post BB training is way more balanced.
For the question in the poll, I think I enjoyed training pre BB more than post BB mostly because if I wanted to get good exp, I HAD to train with someone else, which means I was never alone by myself. Tbh, it's hard for me to train alone. 2x cards were also a good motivation; if you bought a 30 days 2x card, you had to train 4 hours or you wasted money. This will change when we get LHC though. We can train with people again there and get better exp than soloing.
