Still affected by weapon speed?
If so, Booster's description is now "doubles spellcasting speed" [or something similar], would the doubling be +2 to weapon speed or what would it be?
[moving to staff in ~10 levels, want to know if it's going to drastically reduce the speed it's cast at since it seems slow on a fast wand]
