Defense doesn't matter that much, though some can argue with this. In fact, if you're a defense-stats whore, best person to meet would be Ranylyn on the forums, but he's been pretty inactive due to irl-stuff.

IMO, I'd rather have lv 1X Iron Body than to not have it IF I was a Fighter since Fighters don't get Iron Wall like a Spearman.

Also, Lv 1X Iron Body > Lv 1X Hp Recovery IF you're a Fighter/Page.
